Every generation shows its exact credit price before you press Generate. Credits are held while it runs, charged only when a result is delivered, and returned if it fails. See pricing for plans and packs.

Eligible new accounts get 12 image credits that last 7 days. Trial credits can't be used for video. No card is needed.

Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each monthly window and don't roll over. Pack credits are valid for 90 days from purchase, even if you cancel a plan. Whichever credits expire soonest are used first.

Sometimes a model is busy, times out, or a safety check blocks a request or result. Failed generations return their credits automatically — the result tile shows how many.

Yes. Generations keep running on our servers. Your result appears in My creations, and a small tray shows what's still running.

Your plan stays active until the paid period ends, and your creations stay. If you're over the free storage quota afterwards, you have 90 days to download or delete before older items are removed.

Yes. Only you can see them. We never use your private creations as public examples without permission.

Go to Billing. Cancel takes two clicks and doesn't require contacting us. Upgrades start a new billing period with the full new allowance as soon as they're paid (unused time on the old plan is credited); downgrades apply at renewal.
