This policy needs legal review and these business details before Livingstudio accepts payments:

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal company name — required] (“Livingstudio”, “we”), registered at [Registered address — required].

The service

Livingstudio lets you generate images and short videos using third-party AI models. Results vary, can be inaccurate, and may resemble existing works. You are responsible for how you use them.

Accounts

  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18.
  • Keep your sign-in methods secure. One person per account; accounts are not team seats.

Credits, plans and packs

  • Every generation shows its credit price before you start. Credits are held when you press Generate, charged when a result is delivered, and returned when we can't deliver.
  • Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each monthly window and don't roll over. Annual plans are paid once and add the same monthly allowance each month of the paid year.
  • Credit packs are available to subscribers. Pack credits are valid for 90 days from purchase and stay usable until then if you cancel a plan. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
  • Plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • An upgrade, or a switch from monthly to yearly billing, starts a new billing period on the day it's paid: you're credited for unused time on the old plan, charged for the new period, and your remaining plan credits are replaced by the new plan's allowance. Pack credits are kept.
  • If you turn on auto-refill, you authorize us to charge your saved card for the pack you chose whenever your balance falls below the threshold you set, up to 3 times a day. You can turn it off at any time in Billing; it also turns off if a charge fails.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in what you upload and generate. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and show your content to you, and to send inputs to the model providers that produce your results. We don't use your private creations as public examples without your permission.

You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload, including the consent of people shown. Follow our acceptable use policy. Model providers may add provenance marks to outputs; we don't remove them.

Suspension and termination

We may block requests, quarantine results or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
