[Legal company name — required] operates Livingstudio. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Account details: email, the sign-in providers you use, display name and time zone.
  • Your content: prompts, uploaded images (with location metadata removed), generated results and drafts.
  • Billing records: plan, purchases, invoices and credit history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Usage and security data: product events with pseudonymous identifiers, IP-based rate limiting, and error logs that exclude your prompts and media by default.

How we use it

  • To generate your results: inputs are sent to the AI model provider that runs your request, through Vercel AI Gateway.
  • To keep the service safe: automated checks on prompts, uploads and results, and human review when something is reported or flagged.
  • To bill you correctly and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Processors that run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting and AI Gateway), the model providers you choose, Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). We don't sell your personal information.

Retention

  • Your creations stay until you delete them. Deleted items can be restored for 14 days, then are permanently removed.
  • Abandoned uploads are removed within 24 hours.
  • If a plan ends and you're over the free storage quota, you have 90 days to download or delete before older items are removed, with reminders.
  • Financial records are kept as required by law, linked only to a pseudonymous account ID after deletion.
