Credit packs
Top up whenever you run low. Packs are one-time purchases for subscribers, and the bigger your plan, the bigger the discount. Pack credits are valid for 90 days and stay usable if you cancel. Plus and Ultra can turn on auto-refill: up to 3 top-ups a day, only when your balance drops below the amount you choose.

Questions
How do credits work?
Every model and setting has a credit price, shown before you start. Credits are held when a generation starts and only used when it finishes. If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits are granted each month and expire at the end of that monthly window, so they don't roll over. Credits from packs are valid for 90 days. Whichever credits expire soonest are used first.
Who can buy credit packs?
Anyone with an active plan. Pack prices depend on your plan: Starter, Plus and Ultra each get a bigger discount off the full price. Choose a fixed pack or a custom amount from 5,000 to 25,000 credits.
What is auto-refill?
On Plus and Ultra you can have a pack bought automatically when your balance drops below a level you pick (50, 100, 200, 500 credits). It charges your saved card at your plan's pack price, at most 3 times a day, and you can turn it off any time in Billing. If a charge fails, auto-refill turns itself off and we let you know.
What are free Motion Control clips?
Plus and Ultra include enough Motion Control credits each month for 3 clips at 720p up to 10 seconds long. They can only be used for Motion Control and Swap Character, are used before your other credits, and expire with that month's allowance.
How does annual billing work?
You pay once for the year at a lower monthly rate. Your credits are still granted month by month, the same amount each month, for 12 months.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every year until you cancel. You can cancel from Billing at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades, including a bigger Ultra size, and switching from monthly to annual take effect right away: a new billing period starts that day, you pay the new price less a credit for unused time on your current plan, and your plan credits reset to the new plan's full monthly amount. Unused plan credits from the old period end; pack credits aren't affected. Downgrades and switching from annual to monthly take effect at your next renewal.
Is there a free trial?
New accounts with a verified email get 12 image credits to try Livingstudio, valid for 7 days. No card needed. Trial availability can be limited.
Can I get a refund?
See our refund policy for when refunds apply. If a generation fails or never arrives, its credits are returned automatically. Refund policy
